I see they have finally reported that the major problem was not enough doctors - something any vet could have told them. Probably the best solution would be to put the whole VA med system under Medicare and use the massive (GOP created) bureaucracy just to pay medicare - it would probably be cheaper. Incidentally, the reason not enough MD's is because congress has starved the VA - such starvation led by cost-cutting HR teapartiers.
